3 Free Video Meeting Tools

Business

Need to set up a meeting, conference or webinar online but not sure what to use? Here are 3 free video meeting tools you can use for video calls, conferences, webinars + more! They’re all pretty simple and easy to use and all offer free options. I’ve used all three based on different needs when it comes to my web design clients or chatting with new connections but they all work really great!

1. zoom

Zoom may be the most well known of the bunch and it’s a simple, yet powerful tool to use! You can set up team meetings, video chats + webinars using Zoom. I’ve gotten away with just using the free version for now, but that will depend on your needs.

2. Google Hangouts

You will need a Google account to use Google Hangouts. However, apart from video meetings + conferences, you’re also able to enable Google Chats and connect in that way as well. Just share the link (or click on the shared link) and join the meeting! It’s super easy to use.

3. Whereby

I recently discovered Whereby and pretty much fell in love, especially with the design. It looks amazing! But it’s also really easy to set up and use. All you have to do is create one room and share the link, which makes it easier for people to join in. The free plan only allows you to create 1 meeting room, but for small businesses + solo entrepreneurs, that’s really all you need.

Any of these 3 free video meeting tools will work for your business, are easy to use + work really great! Take a look at the options and see which one you like most. As always, I recommend taking a look at what your individual needs so you can eliminate the ones that may not be the best fit. Hope these options help you set up for your next video call!
