My mom helped me make these over the holidays and they were so good and easy to make! With the Superbowl just around the corner, thought these would be a nice little treat to have around! Plus, they include my favorite combo, brie + spinach! It’s a simple recipe and doesn’t take too much time to make. Plus if you don’t want to use brie and spinach, try experimenting by adding your own inner toppings. Enjoy!


Brie Spinach Poppers
Brie Spinach Poppers are a great appetizer or snack to have around for entertaining!
Ingredients
- 6 oz brie
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 oz rosemary
- 1 box puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg yolk
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Cut the brie into small squares or strips
- Cut spinach into strips and wash
- Layout the puff pastry
- Add in the brie and spinach onto the puff pastry squares
- Roll the puff pastry over or cover them with another sheet
- Push the sides together to make sure the brie + spinach is covered by the puff pastry
- Whisk egg yolk and brush over the puff pastry
- Top with fresh rosemary
- Place in over for 12 minutes or until puff pastry is fully cooked
- Enjoy!
