Our design retainers are for busy business owners looking for ongoing design support. We offer assistance for website updates and/or Canva graphic design needs.

Whether you need to add a new page, create collateral items or social media graphics, add a new portfolio piece or add new products to your website – this is perfect for you.

We’ll provide up to 5/hrs of monthly support and currently require a 3/month minimum commitment. This service is available for new and past/current clients.

What design & website platforms do you use?

We work with multiple platforms – for websites we can help with Squarespace, WordPress (DIVI) and Shopify. For design, we can help with Canva and Adobe XD & Photoshop.

How much is the monthly design retainer?

Our monthly design retainer is $550/month and includes up to 5hrs of total design work. We currently require a 3 month minimum commitment.

If you choose 6 month commitment, you can save $50/month.

What are the turnaround times?

Turnaround times depend on the scope of the work. Some can be done same day as request and others can take up to 1-2 weeks. Most requests can be completed between 2 business days and if it takes longer, we will let you know.

What if I need more design work done?

If you need more than the 5hrs a month, we can set up a custom plan for you. We can discuss your scope during our discovery call. 

How easy is it to put in a request?

It’s super easy! Just fill out our request form. If additional questions or clarification are needed, we’ll reach out. You’ll also have a designated google folder to add any design assets. You can also send us a punch list at the beginning of the month with your updates. We can discuss your needs during our discovery call.

What do I need to get started?

For our design retainers, any & all design assets available including photos, branding & copy are great to have prior to starting. If not available, we can use filler copy until it’s ready
