Due to the digital nature of all of our products, no refunds or exchanges will be available. All sales are final. Please note that some of our products require additional tools or thrid party sites resources in order for them to be used, please do not purchase if you do not plan to purchase them or already own those tools. If for some reason, you did not receive the product via download or email, please reach out to hello@dragonflyave.com for additional support.

Product usage policy

Each template or digital product is created and sold for personal use. This means you can not sell, recreate or distribute any of our products without explicit permission. For designers: Templates can be used for client websites but not to be claimed as your own. By purchasing any of our digital products, you agreeing to these terms & policy.
