I love baking cookies and these Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies are one of my new favorites to make. I end up having to keep making more of them because everyone eats them up so quickly, but hey, when they’re good, you can’t get enough. I’m not fully vegan, but I try my best to change up recipes and eat as many vegan meals as possible. If you’re wondering about the chocolate chips, you can get vegan chocolate chips at whole foods, sprouts and most likely any local grocery store. Since I’m too impatient, I did not take the time to make each cookie a perfect circle but feel free to do so in order to get a nicer look. But, if you are like me, I can guarantee it tastes the same!
So enjoy and happy baking!!
